• Above rates quoted in USD per villa per night include American breakfast, service charge & taxes
• Extra bed at USD 25,- pp / night include American breakfast, service charge & taxes
• Young child is free of charge when sharing room with parents on existing bedding.
• Baby cot is provided at free of charge (advance request is required).
• Additional breakfast at USD 12,- pp / night Child age between 2-12 yrs old = USD 6,- pp / night
• Round trip Airport transfer to/from the resort is provided on complimentary basis
• Welcome drink and tropical fresh fruits are provided upon arrival
• Free internet access in room as well as usage of the computer in the library
• Check-in time from 2.00 pm., check-out time: 12.00 hrs noon.
• Early Check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability

• Cancellation and No show:
  • Notice of cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 10 % of the total booking value.
  • Notice of cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, a one-night room charge penalty for each room booked will be applied.
  • Notice of cancellation 2 days prior to arrival date or in the event of no show, a 50 % of the entire value of the reservation will be charged with a minimum of a one-night room charge.
