• Above rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) per villa per night inclusive of service charge & taxes
• Extra bed is chargeable at THB 990.-pp / night inclusive breakfast, service charge & taxes
• Check-in time from 2.00 pm., check-out time: 12.00 hrs noon
• No pets are allowed

• Daily American breakfast
• Exclusive round trip Airport or Train transfer to/from the resort (please forward details of arrival in advance)
• Welcome drink and Tropical fresh fruits upon arrival

• Half Day Tour to visit Local Arts & Handicrafts villages visit famous Thai Silk weaving factory, parasol making centre, silverware factory, teakwood carving factory etc.

Cancellation and No show :

• Notice of cancellation 8 days or more prior to arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 1200 Thai Baht to cover bank charges and administration costs.
• Notice of cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, a one-night room charge for each room booked will be applied.
• Notice of cancellation 2 days prior to arrival date or in the event of no show, a 50 % of the entire value of the reservation will be charged with a minimum of a one-night room charge.
