Terms & Conditions;

  • Rates quoted in USD per room per night, include breakfast, service charge & VAT
  • Extra bed will be charged at USD 25,-. Young child is free of charge when sharing room with parents on existing bed.
  • Additional breakfast charged at USD 12,- pp (child age between 2-12 years old, charged at USD 6,-/pp)
  • Round trip Airport / Train transfer will be provided on complimentary basis
  • Welcome drink and Fruit basket are provided for guests upon arrival
  • Check-in time from 2.00 p.m. and check-out time before 12.00 p.m. (midday)
  • Early Check in and late check out are subject to room availability

Deposit and Cancellation Policy :

Valid credit card details are required to secure and guarantee your reservation.  The Oriental Siam Resort will hold a one-night deposit, equal to the cancellation charge, and will collect the balance due upon checking out.

If notice of cancellation is received 7 nights before your scheduled arrival your full deposit will be returned.  In the event of a no show or cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date a charge of one night accommodation plus tax will be levied.
